TOP-QUALITY PRODUCTION STANDARDS
CBG is proud of the caliber of our Sub Contractors and
Construction Workers. Through our years of experience,
Custom Building Group, LLC offers Pre-Construction meetings
prior to beginning construction and a series of site
meetings to assure that you are confident in what you can
expect and what you are getting in your new home.
You will work directly with your home Builder. Every stage
of construction is checked and rechecked by CBG to assure
that our rigid quality standards are being met.
Approximately two weeks prior to occupancy, we perform a
thorough final inspection to identify any items no matter
how minor that need to be corrected. Our service crew will
then promptly complete these items so that your home will be
complete when you move in.

ENERGY-EFFICIENCY
All of our homes incorporate cost-effective, saving
features; in addition, we provide the opportunity to upgrade
to the client's choice of systems at their request. Thus,
you have the assurance that your home will have a high
resale value, year after year.
HOME WARRANTY
After you occupy your home, your home builder will continue
to work for you to make sure your satisfaction has been
meat. All our products comes with one year warranty which
includes two visits; one is schedule 30 days after the close
and the second one is schedule at the end of the eleven
month. This second visit allows us to make sure our product
is free of defects and ensures customer satisfaction. We
have a reputation for honoring our warranty and feel that
this reputation is our greatest asset.
